"I had the pleasure of working with Natalie from 2024-2025. Facing challenges on three fronts: A new online ordering system; email open rates dropping and low value social media content; a printed brochure which needed a whole host of product information.
Natalie helped us to push our printed brochure in record-time, with over 40 brands and products in the thousands, her research abilities helped us create a content-rich publication that guides our customers.
Natalie also published over 20 blogs during our time together, allowing us to back link to our updated website through all social channels leading to increases in retention and online ordering.
In a similar vein, she has overhauled our social media tone of voice, keeping our posts consistent with our brand values and resulting in higher reach across all platforms. To exemplify, our weekly product review videos have gone from a viewership in the range of 100-300, to a range that now reaches from 200-500.
The last two points feed into our email marketing strategy which, thanks to Natalie's hard work, has seen an increase in open rate of 6% to reach an average of 32% and the click-through rate has rocketed from 2% to an average click rate of 8% across all emails sent to our audience of 3000.
