Research Project Management:
Research Project Management:
Research project management services for socially conscious businesses and charities, facilitating robust strategic planning and holistic service delivery.
A single research project provides at least 12 months of development value in as little as 2 weeks.
This full-scale service takes the entire research project off your hands, reclaiming up to 150 hours per month.
The organisation will achieve its R&D goals faster, with fewer bottlenecks, and more time to dedicate to service users.
The research project management services listed here are available for individual projects or on retainer, according to clients' needs.
Find out about our retainer options here.

Regular Project Progress Updates:
Clients are entitled to regular progress updates, regardless of project size or duration.
Typically, a one-month research project includes up to two, 30-minute progress meetings via Google Meets.
However, the frequency and delivery of project progress updates will be discussed and tailored to clients' needs during their initial consultation.
Interdisciplinary Projects:
While I predominantly support businesses and charities with a social cause, I am open to projects spanning the humanities and social sciences.
I am particularly interested in historical research projects, especially those relating to genealogy, census records, or the medieval period.
• Historical Research: Thorough exploration of historical periods, events, and figures.
• Historical Methodology Consulting: Guidance on applying historical research techniques.
• Interdisciplinary Research: Merging approaches from multiple disciplines for complex research challenges.
• Archival Research: Conducting research in libraries, archives, and museums.
• Historical Analysis in Media & Art: Analysing historical themes in films, art, and literature.
• Digital Humanities Projects: Assisting with digitisation, databases, and online historical projects.
Project Management Process:
For highly detailed and in-depth projects, I charge around £4,000 per month. This is because I work full-time with each client, entirely dedicated to them for the duration of their project.
As an Independent Research Consultant, I have the time, freedom, and resources to dedicate solely to my clients. This investment means that my clients receive thorough, academically rigorous research and high-quality deliverables to much tighter deadlines than they might experience from working with academic institutions.
My fees are all-inclusive, meaning there are no hidden fees, and I am transparent about how I charge for my services in the initial quote/invoice documents.
